Basil, Green bell pepper, Vetiver, Tomato
To celebrate its 60th birthday, diptyque once again takes to the road with a collection inspired by a legendary cultural journey: the Grand Tour.
The second stopover on the journey is Venice, a city diptyque’s founders knew well.
Travellers with a passion for art and culture, they visited and stayed there on several occasions. A place well known to those familiar with La Serenissima is an island nicknamed “the vegetable garden of Venice”. Here, gently swept by the winds of the lagoon, nature thrives in abundance. In the morning, the scent of damp earth rises to mingle with the bright vegetal notes of vegetables and herbs. In this composition, mandarin and the green, aromatic notes of bell pepper, basil and tomato evoke these unspoiled moments.
The Venise eau de toilette comes in a set of three nomadic travel-size bottles and a cotton pouch illustrated with a historical diptyque pattern. To recapture the scents of the waterside city at dawn, between vivacity and delicacy, wherever you may be.
For centuries, artists travelled the world on a long journey of cultural initiation called the Grand Tour.
diptyque’s roots echo this tradition: from the very beginning, the founders of the Maison took inspiration from all they discovered on their travels.
diptyque now revives the spirit of the Grand Tour with an exclusive collection whose every creation tells the story of a stopover along a journey that stretches across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
